Capital-Saratoga

Average User Rating:
This capital region is home to the historic Capitol in Albany and the elegant Saratoga Racehorse. Known for its diversity, the family can enjoy Broadway shows, antiquing, polo, water sports, national historic sites, and other cultural activities.
Celebrate rural America in this region by touring the patchwork-quilted landscape that folk-artist Grandma Moses captured on canvas. Each bend in the road frames a picturesque scene with covered bridges, woodlands, farms, or church steeples against a bright blue sky. You can stroll through Schenectady's Stockade, a Dutch Village settled some 300 years ago. Take a scenic bike ride or hike along a lovely riverside path.
